The far south drain is next to be explored. Above is where it bends from north / south, to the right is Impulse Lane Park [12Mar26] and then north to where it joins the south drain [14Feb26], and to the left where it heads east [24Mar26].
Below is from the north looking south to the corner (showing where it might have been originally planned to head further south), bottom is looking south on the east / west section.
Did you notice the date error? 🙄 When the camera was turned on it had lost the date for the first time this year, and it was discovered that the camera is that old that it won’t select beyond 2025 in the menu although it has been displaying 2026!
Tomorrow onwards is fine as luckily it allows the date and month to be reset after it has been tricked into being set for 31Dec25 just before midnight then rolling into 2026, which was able to be done once home.

Yesterday’s rainfall. As mentioned yesterday, it was a band of rain rather than a front, quite unusual for Perth.

Lego Sunflowers [40524] (3 sets)
Our preferred indoor flowers – very low scent, very low allergy – Lego flowers! They are the only type of fake plants we would have. These are the older style, we have a newer, fancier set on the way!
An unexpected damp day. The light rain has hung around and added up, it’s not been a front that has gone though, more a band of rain, quite unusual for Perth. Rain gauge tomorrow when it’s completed.

Lego NASA Saturn V Rocket [92176]
To celebrate this morning’s [Western Australian time] launch of the Artemis II mission, an Orion capsule atop a SLS (Space Launch System) rocket, we present the Apollo era rocket.
The photographer was luck enough to walk the length of a real Saturn V rocket at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center back in 2003.

Severe Tropical Cyclone Narelle only produced another 2.5mm of rainfall from 3pm Saturday 28 April until the end of yesterday; so a total of 104.5mm for the event in total.
